The digital corrugated press offers grayscale technology using environmentally friendly water-based inks including white and special colors for printing on coated or uncoated substrates.
It also has the ability to connect with an MES system for intelligent production management. This variable corrugated digital series brings industrial-like flexography into your pressroom.

The Hanway SP 1604 is equipped with 56 industrial-grade piezoelectric Kyocera printheads with 4-color capabilities. The 1606 boasts 84 printheads and six colors. Each machine’s capacity can achieve up to 492 feet per minute. Quality printing is achieved on most kinds of corrugated boards with different specifications. The series features infrared hot air drying, a warp detection system, automatic printhead cleaning, and a high-powered, adjustable, multi-zoned vacuum system. It is also compatible with Onyx, Caldera and other third-party RIPs.
